vinyasa is a dynamic yoga practice with the focus on breath - movement syncronation 🧘🏻‍♂️


in this class we will go through a physical and mental journey and aspire to experience full presence with our mind and body.🧍🏻‍♂️✨


As we flow together, we will shift our focus to small but key sensations we normally don't give any attention to.

Since birth we are told how thing "should be", now it is time for us to separate from everything we received from the outside and start making our own reality. There is no right way, each one has his own way as we are each different.

through moments of deep listening to ourself we start to learn what resonated with our unique self.

about me: I a certified physiotherapist with almost 10 years experience working mainly with orthopedic and sport injury's.

practicing yoga for about 15 years and qualifying as a teacher along the way.


As my background is more western and body orientated (physiotherapy), i actually believe that most of what we experience physically (Injury or discomfort) is never pure physical.

also as a yoga teacher i believe that the main benefit is its affect on our mental state rather then the physical body.
