Claiming Your Venue on Todo.Today
If you own, manage, or represent a venue, you can claim it on Todo.Today — turning it into a home for everything happening at your location.
Why claim your venue?
When you claim a venue, all the events hosted there appear on your channel automatically — you don’t add them one by one, no matter who submitted them. Visitors who look up your venue are directed to your Creator Channel, giving your place one clear home and helping people discover everything going on there.
You also get control over how your venue looks — its description and banner image — so it represents you the way you want.
Who can claim?
Only claim a venue if you’re:
- the venue owner
- a venue manager
- an event coordinator for the venue
- otherwise authorized to represent it
We may ask for verification before approving.
How to claim
- Go to your channel → Channel settings → Settings tab.
- Scroll to Venue Claim.
- Search for your venue by location (e.g. “Search in Koh Phangan…”).
- Select it, choose your role, and add an optional note.
- Tap Submit Claim Request.
What happens next
After you submit, your claim shows as Pending Review while our team checks it. Once approved, you’ll get a confirmation email and the venue is linked to your channel — all its events will appear there automatically.
You can claim one venue per channel.
Don’t see your venue?
Places only appear after an event has been created there. So:
- Create your first event at the venue (select the location during event creation).
- The venue is added to Todo.Today automatically.
- Return to Venue Claim, search again, and claim it.
Good to know
All events at your venue display on your channel, but claiming doesn’t give you ownership of events created by other organizers — creators always own their own events.
