Todo.Today is organized around channels.
Channels help organize events and make them easier to discover.
Local Channels
Local Channels are the foundation of Todo.Today.
Each Local Channel represents a specific destination, city, island, or region.
Examples include:
- Koh Phangan
- Chiang Mai
- Bangkok
- Ubud
- Canggu
Every event on Todo.Today belongs to a Local Channel.
Local Channels provide the daily event schedule for a destination and help explorers discover what’s happening today, tomorrow, and beyond.
Creator Channels
Creator Channels belong to facilitators, organizers, artists, teachers, venues, and event hosts. They showcase all events created by that creator and allow people to follow their activities across time.
When a creator submits an event, it appears on their Creator Channel.
Venue Channels
Venue Channels are creator channels that claimed a venue.
A Venue Channel automatically displays all events taking place at that venue, regardless of who submitted them. This allows venues to showcase their full schedule while giving credit to the original event creators.
Community Channels
Community Channels are curated collections of events managed by communities, promoters, group admins, or community managers.
They help organize events around a shared interest, audience, or community.
Community Channels may include events from multiple creators and venues.
One Event, Multiple Channels
A single event can appear in multiple channels at the same time.
For example, an event may appear on:
- A Local Channel
- A Creator Channel
- A Venue Channel
- A Community Channel
The event exists only once, but can be discovered through different channels.
