Recurring Events

Hosting something that happens more than once — a weekly class, a monthly gathering? Instead of submitting each date by hand, set it up once as a recurring event.

Turning it on

In the When section, pick your first date, then tick Recurring Event. You’ll then choose how often it repeats.

The repeat patterns

  • Daily — every day, up to an end date you choose.
  • Weekly — pick which days of the week it runs (e.g. Tuesday and Thursday), then an end date.
  • Monthly — once a month, up to an end date.
  • Custom — hand-pick the exact dates yourself.

For Daily, Weekly, and Monthly, you set a “repeat until” date so the series has a clear end. For Custom, you simply add each date you want.

Good to know

  • Each occurrence shows up on its own date, so explorers always see the next one coming up.
  • Once a recurring event is published, the series is locked to protect all those dates from accidental bulk changes. If you need to adjust it, reach out rather than editing in place.
  • Recurring isn’t available for Retreats — those use a single multi-day date range instead.

Set it once, and your regular event takes care of itself.
