Exchange & Pricing
The Exchange section is where you set what it costs to join. There are four options — pick the one that matches how your event actually works.
Free
No charge to attend. You can add an optional price note for anything worth flagging, like “limited spots” or “bring your own mat.”
Paid
A set ticket or door price. Enter the amount (you can switch between THB and USD). You can also add an early-bird price — a lower price with its own end date and time. Leave the early-bird end time blank and it runs right up until the event starts.
Min Order
Use this when the event itself is free to join, but guests are expected to order from the venue — like a one-drink minimum at a bar night. Set the minimum (an amount or number of items).
Why this isn’t “Free”: if there’s a spending requirement, choosing Min Order makes that clear up front, so guests know what to expect when they arrive. Picking Free and hiding the minimum in a note leads to confusion at the door.
Donation
Contribution-based. Choose the style that fits:
- Open — pay what you want.
- Minimum — a floor amount (e.g. 100 THB minimum).
- Suggested — a recommended amount, but flexible.
How your join method affects pricing
If you chose Online Tickets Only as the join method, the event has to be ticketed — so Free, Donation, and Min Order won’t be available. For every other join method, all four pricing options are open.
Pick the model that’s honest about what someone pays, and you’ll avoid surprises for both you and your guests.
