Connect to your strenght, your balance and awareness (being aware of when you need to be gentle with yourself and release some postures)
Yoga is not about to achieving postures, but to be aware.
We’ll be practicing:
🌟Asana (postures)
🌟Ujjayi Breath (ocean breathing)
🌟Drishti (3rd eye gaze)
🌟Bandhas (only if you are already a practitioner)
