This guide walks you through it top to bottom \u2014 and links to short guides for the parts where a little extra care goes a long way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Todo.Today is curated, so the clearer your submission, the faster it gets approved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Before you start<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Have these ready:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>One or more photos of your event (a flyer or a real photo both work)<\/li>\n<li>The date, start time, and where it&#8217;s happening<\/li>\n<li>How people join \u2014 walk in, book, buy tickets, or RSVP<\/li>\n<li>The price, if any<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">That&#8217;s it. Let&#8217;s go through the form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Add your photos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tap <strong>Upload<\/strong> and add up to four images. Tap any one to set it as the <strong>cover<\/strong> \u2014 that&#8217;s the image people see first. You can add one video too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A strong cover image is the single biggest thing that makes people stop and look. What type of event is it?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pick the type that fits:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Event<\/strong> \u2014 a one-off gathering: live music, a party, a meetup, a ceremony.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Class \/ Workshop<\/strong> \u2014 something guided or taught: yoga, pottery, a dance class.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Retreat<\/strong> \u2014 a multi-day experience.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Daily Activity<\/strong> \u2014 something ongoing people can drop into, like sauna access or a co-working pass.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Not sure? If a host is leading it at a set time, it&#8217;s an Event or a Class. If it just runs and people show up whenever, it&#8217;s a Daily Activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Title, host, and details<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Title<\/strong> \u2014 just the name of the event. Keep it clear. Skip the date, the venue, and the hype (&#8220;BEST NIGHT EVER!!!&#8221;). Good: <em>Sunset Ecstatic Dance<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Host<\/strong> \u2014 the person leading it: the DJ, teacher, or performer. Not the venue. This is how you&#8217;ll appear, e.g. <em>Vinyasa Flow w\/ Christina<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Details<\/strong> \u2014 what it is, what happens, who it&#8217;s for, and anything practical people should know. You can use bold and bullet lists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Getting the title and description right is what makes your event clickable \u2014 see the <strong>Writing a Great Title &amp; Description<\/strong> guide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. How can people join?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This tells people what to expect at the door:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Walk-in<\/strong> \u2014 just show up.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Walk-in + Online Tickets<\/strong> \u2014 buy ahead or pay at the door.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Walk-in + Booking Recommended<\/strong> \u2014 booking encouraged, limited spots.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Online Tickets Only<\/strong> \u2014 must buy online first.<\/li>\n<li><strong>RSVP Required<\/strong> \u2014 must register to attend.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you choose a ticket or RSVP option, you&#8217;ll be asked for a <strong>direct link<\/strong> to the ticket or booking page (not an Instagram or Linktree).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. When<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pick the <strong>date<\/strong> from the calendar, then your <strong>start time<\/strong> (and end time if you have one). Where<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Search for your venue. If it&#8217;s already on the map, select it \u2014 that&#8217;s it. If you can&#8217;t find it, you can drop a pin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Running a ticketed or RSVP event and want to keep the exact spot private until people sign up?
