See <a href=\"https:\/\/todo.today\/guides\/what-types-of-events-can-you-submit-to-todo-today\/\">What Can You Submit to Todo.Today<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Before you start<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>One or more photos of your event (a flyer or a real photo both work)<\/li>\n<li>The date, start time, and where it&#8217;s happening<\/li>\n<li>How people join: walk in, book, buy tickets, or RSVP<\/li>\n<li>The price, if any<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Add your photos<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tap <strong>Upload<\/strong> and add up to <strong>four images<\/strong>, plus <strong>one video<\/strong> if you have one. Tap any image to set it as the <strong>cover<\/strong>, the image that leads your event card. The video can&#8217;t be the cover, so pick a strong photo for that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What makes a good cover:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Show the experience.<\/strong> A real photo of people at your event, the space, or the activity beats a generic graphic.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Keep it clean.<\/strong> Avoid heavy text, logos, or busy posters. The title and details already appear next to the image.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bright and in focus.<\/strong> Dark or blurry images get scrolled past.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Keep the important part near the center.<\/strong> Your image is shown wide on some screens and square on others, and we crop from the sides to fit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Choose the type<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Event<\/strong>: a gathering at a set time. Live music, a party, a meetup, a ceremony, a market.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Class \/ Workshop<\/strong>: something guided or taught. Yoga, pottery, a dance class, a breathwork session.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Both use the same form. If a host is leading it at a set time for a group, it belongs here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Title, host, details, category and tags<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Title<\/strong>: just the name of the event. Skip the date, the venue, and the hype (&#8220;BEST NIGHT EVER!!!&#8221;). Good: <em>Sunset Ecstatic Dance<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Host<\/strong>: the person leading it, the DJ, teacher, or performer. Not the venue. This is how you&#8217;ll appear, e.g. <em>Vinyasa Flow w\/ Christina<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Details<\/strong>: what it is, what happens, who it&#8217;s for, and anything practical people should know. You can use bold and bullet lists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Category and tags<\/strong>: pick one category and up to five tags from the list. How can people join?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This tells people what to expect at the door:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Walk-in<\/strong>: just show up.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Walk-in + Online Tickets<\/strong>: buy ahead or pay at the door.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Walk-in + Booking Recommended<\/strong>: booking encouraged because spots are limited, but people can still show up.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Online Tickets Only<\/strong>: must buy online first.<\/li>\n<li><strong>RSVP Required<\/strong>: must register to attend. Choose the registration method: WhatsApp, Telegram, Line, a Google Form or your website.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If someone who turns up without booking would be sent away, choose RSVP Required or Online Tickets Only, not a walk-in option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ticket and booking links must go <strong>directly<\/strong> to the ticket or booking page. An Instagram profile, a Linktree or a homepage will be sent back for fixes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. When<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pick the <strong>date<\/strong> from the calendar, then your <strong>start time<\/strong>, and an end time if you have one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Does it repeat?<\/strong> Tick <strong>Recurring Event<\/strong> and choose the pattern, instead of submitting each date by hand:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Daily<\/strong>: every day, up to an end date you choose.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Weekly<\/strong>: pick the days of the week (e.g. Tuesday and Thursday), then an end date.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Monthly<\/strong>: once a month, up to an end date.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Custom<\/strong>: hand-pick the exact dates.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each occurrence shows up on its own date, so explorers always see the next one coming up. Once a recurring event is published, the series is locked to protect all those dates from accidental bulk changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Where<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Search for your place.<\/strong> Start typing the venue name. If it exists, select it and you&#8217;re done. Your event is pinned to that spot and joins everything else happening there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Can&#8217;t find it?<\/strong> For a private house, a beach spot or a new place, drop a pin on the map instead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Secret Location.<\/strong> For events that need tickets or RSVP, you can keep the exact spot hidden until someone registers. Switch from Place to Secret Location, pick the general <strong>area<\/strong> so people know roughly where it is, and add a short <strong>location note<\/strong>, for example &#8220;exact address sent 24 hours before&#8221;. Your event still appears in that area&#8217;s listings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Exchange (the price)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Free<\/strong>: no charge. Use the optional <strong>price note<\/strong> for anything worth flagging, like &#8220;limited spots&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Paid<\/strong>: a ticket or door price, in THB or USD. You can add an <strong>early-bird price<\/strong> with its own end date and time. Leave the end time blank and it runs until the event starts.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Min Order<\/strong>: free to attend, but guests are expected to order from the venue, like a one-drink minimum. Set the minimum as an amount or a number of items.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Donation<\/strong>: open (pay what you want), a minimum amount, or a suggested amount.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Min Order is not Free.<\/strong> If there is a spending requirement, choosing Min Order makes it clear up front. Picking Free and hiding the minimum in a note leads to confusion at the door.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you chose <strong>Online Tickets Only<\/strong>, the event has to be Paid. For every other join method, all four options are open.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preview and publish<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tap <strong>Preview &amp; Submit<\/strong> and you&#8217;ll see your <strong>event card<\/strong> exactly as it&#8217;ll look on Todo.Today. Check it over, then choose how to publish:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Free submission<\/strong>: always free. Your event goes live on your channel and the app.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Boost<\/strong>: more visibility across feeds and personalized placements.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Feature Boost<\/strong>: top placement in its time slot plus a standout badge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What happens next<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">New creators have their first event reviewed by our team.
