There are four options \u2014 pick the one that matches how your event actually works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Free<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No charge to attend. You can add an optional <strong>price note<\/strong> for anything worth flagging, like &#8220;limited spots&#8221; or &#8220;bring your own mat.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Paid<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A set ticket or door price. Enter the amount (you can switch between THB and USD). You can also add an <strong>early-bird price<\/strong> \u2014 a lower price with its own end date and time. Leave the early-bird end time blank and it runs right up until the event starts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Min Order<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use this when the event itself is free to join, but guests are expected to <strong>order from the venue<\/strong> \u2014 like a one-drink minimum at a bar night. Set the minimum (an amount or number of items).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Why this isn&#8217;t &#8220;Free&#8221;:<\/strong> if there&#8217;s a spending requirement, choosing Min Order makes that clear up front, so guests know what to expect when they arrive. Picking Free and hiding the minimum in a note leads to confusion at the door.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Donation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Contribution-based. Choose the style that fits:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Open<\/strong> \u2014 pay what you want.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Minimum<\/strong> \u2014 a floor amount (e.g. 100 THB minimum).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Suggested<\/strong> \u2014 a recommended amount, but flexible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How your join method affects pricing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you chose <strong>Online Tickets Only<\/strong> as the join method, the event has to be ticketed \u2014 so Free, Donation, and Min Order won&#8217;t be available.
