A Reiki treatment, a coaching call, an oracle reading, a private lesson, there’s no group, no start time, and nobody shows up together. Someone simply books you.

That’s a 1:1 Session, and it now has its own format on Todo.Today.

What makes a 1:1 different

A normal event has a date and a time. A 1:1 Session has neither. Instead it has:

a session length: 60 minutes, 90 minutes, half a day, shown where a start time would normally be

an availability window: the period you’re around and taking bookings

a Book button on the session’s page that sends people straight to you on WhatsApp, Line, or your own booking page

You submit it once. It stays up as a single standing card for as long as your window is open, no re-posting, no duplicate listings for every day of the week.

Where it appears

1:1 Sessions live in a dedicated 1:1 Sessions section on your channel, just below your upcoming events, and on their own page. That’s it.

They don’t appear in the daily WhatsApp and Telegram digest, the main daily feeds, or Top Picks. Those are for things people can join together. Your 1:1s aren’t hidden, anyone who visits your channel sees everything you offer, they’re just placed where they make sense.

Because your channel is where people find and book your 1:1s, it’s worth setting it up properly: a profile photo, a cover image, a short bio and your contact links. See Creator Channels on Todo.Today.

This is also why a 1:1 can be held online. Events on Todo.Today are always local and in-person, but a 1:1 Session isn’t an event. It’s a personal offer on your own channel, so it’s the one format that doesn’t have to happen in a room.

Before you start

Have these ready:

One good photo, of you working, your space, or your hands at work. Not a logo.

How long a session runs.

Your price, if you charge a set one.

The link or number people should use to book you.

Where the session happens, or whether it’s online.

Step by step

1. Choose the type

Start a new submission and pick 1:1 Session as the type. The form changes as soon as you do, the date and recurring sections disappear, and session and availability fields take their place.

2. Photo, title, description, category and tags

Name the session for what it actually is, “Reiki Session”, “Somatic Coaching”, “Oracle Reading”. Don’t put the length or price in the title; both get their own field.

In the description, cover what happens in the session, who it’s for, and what to bring or expect. People booking something private want to know what they’re walking into.

3. How people book you

1:1 Sessions are booking-only, there are no tickets. Under Registration method, choose how people reach you: WhatsApp, Line, Telegram, a Google Form, or your own website. Whatever you pick becomes the Book button on your session’s page.

Test it before you submit. A dead booking link is the single most common reason a good 1:1 gets no bookings.

4. Session length

Pick your length from the list, 30, 45, 60, 75 or 90 minutes, 2, 2.5, 3 or 4 hours, half a day, or a full day.

If your session genuinely varies, use the second Up to dropdown to set a range. Your card then reads something like “30 – 60 min” or “90 min – 2 hours”. Leave it empty for a fixed length.

Length is required, it’s what replaces the start time on your card.

5. Your availability window

Available from is the day you start taking bookings. Today is fine.

Until is optional. Leave it empty if you offer this all the time, your session stays up indefinitely. Fill it in if you’re only around for a season, and your offer will hide itself automatically the day after it ends. When you’re back, edit the dates instead of submitting a new one.

This is the part seasonal facilitators tend to miss: you don’t need to delete and re-post every time you leave and come back. One listing, updated dates.

There are no hours to fill in. A 1:1 has no clock time at all, your session simply reads By appointment, and you agree the actual time with each person when they book. If you only work certain hours, say so in your description.

6. Format: in person, online, or both

Choose how you deliver the session:

In person: the client comes to you, or you go to them.

Online: held remotely. No address needed.

Both: the client picks.

This choice decides what you fill in next, so set it before you get to the location section.

7. Where it happens

For In person and Both, search for the place or drop a pin. If you’d rather not publish the exact address, a home studio, for instance, use Secret Location and share it once a booking is confirmed.

For Online, there’s no address to enter. You just pick which local channel your session belongs to, so it shows up on the right channel.

8. Your price

Under Exchange you have three options:

Paid: enter your price per session.

Price on request: for when you quote after a conversation. No number needed.

Free: for a taster or an introductory call.

If you offer the same service at more than one length or as a package, enter your lowest price and turn on Show as “from” price. Your session page then reads “from ฿1,200” and you explain the options in your description. One listing per service, not one per price.

What your card looks like

In the 1:1 Sessions row on your channel, your session shows as a dark card with a 1:1 Session pill, the length, the title, and either the place or “Online”.

The card doesn’t show your photo or your price, those appear on the session’s own page, along with your description and the Book button. Your photo is still worth getting right; it’s the first thing people see when they open the session.

After you submit

If you’ve had an event approved before, your 1:1 goes live on your channel straight away. If this is your first submission, it goes to review first, the same as any other listing.

You’ll find it under Upcoming in My Events for as long as your window is open, even once the start date has passed. It only moves to Past once your end date has gone by. Ongoing offers stay in Upcoming until you change them.

Editing later

You can edit a 1:1 any time. Two things lock once your window has started: the Available from date and the event type. Everything else, price, length, format, description, end date, stays editable.

Duplicating a 1:1 keeps the session details and clears the dates, which makes it quick to list a second service.

Common questions

Can I list more than one? Yes. Most facilitators offer several, a treatment, a coaching session, a reading. Submit each service separately. Just don’t create a separate listing for each duration of the same service; that’s what the length range and the “from” price are for.

Why does my session say “By appointment” instead of a time? Because a 1:1 has no set time, that’s the whole point of the format. People see your session length and book a slot with you directly. If your working hours matter, put them in your description.

Why isn’t my 1:1 in the digest? By design. The digest is for things people attend together. Your 1:1 lives on your channel, where people who follow you will find it.

I also run group classes. Submit those as normal events. The two live side by side on your channel, dated events first, standing 1:1 offers below them.

I don’t see the 1:1 Session option. If you’ve claimed a venue, your account is set up as a venue rather than an individual facilitator, and 1:1 Sessions aren’t available on it. Get in touch if that’s not the right fit for what you do.

How to list a private session, Reiki, coaching, readings, a private class, as a 1:1 Session: a session length instead of a start time, an availability window instead of a date, in person or online, and a Book button that sends people straight to you.

[1188
post-105132","guide","type-guide","status-publish","hentry","guide_category-creators
["GET
