For maximum visibility, create your events at least 2-3 days before.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \ud83d\udeab Submission Deadline<\/strong>: Submissions close at 5 PM the day before the event. Events submitted later will be marked as Late Submissions<\/em> and may not be featured. <\/p>\n\n\n\n \u270d\ufe0f Concise and Clear Event Titles<\/strong>: Make sure people can quickly understand what your event is about. Well-crafted titles and descriptions can help attract a bigger audience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \ud83d\udd04 Not all events will be featured in the WhatsApp digest<\/strong> due to message length limits. However, events that receive the status Published on Web<\/em> will be featured on ToDo.Today<\/p>\n\n\n\n \ud83d\udccd Priority<\/strong> is given to events submitted by the creators and hosted at venues. Private events in residences will generally not be listed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \ud83d\udd17 External Links (optional)<\/strong>: You can include links to your event page, ticket site, or other relevant pages, but they\u2019re not required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \ud83d\uddbc\ufe0f Event Image\/Banner Required<\/strong>: Including a visual representation for your event increases visibility and engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \u23f0 Accuracy of Details<\/strong>: Ensure that all details are correct when you submit, as daily messages on WhatsApp cannot be updated after submission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n \ud83d\udce9 No direct messaging<\/strong> to group admins for event submissions or updates. Please use the platform\u2019s submission process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Event Types: <\/strong>Private events are generally not listed. Public community events are prioritized for better engagement.
