This is not suitable for complete beginners because there will not be any support or guidance available.

🧖What should I bring?

Bring clothes/swimwear to wear in the Ice bath and Sauna and a towel.

⏰Do I have to arrive at 10AM?

No, you don’t. But you will miss out on the Tea and Introductions
