A friendly evening run open to every level, from first-timers to regulars, locals to visitors.
Meet around 17:45 at the King Rama VI statue by Gate 4 for a short warm-up, then set off at 18:00 straight after the National Anthem. Most people do 2 to 3 laps at their own pace, with no pressure to keep up. The group sometimes grabs dinner afterwards.
Getting there: BTS Sala Daeng or MRT Silom, exit 1. Walk in through Gate 4 by the statue. The meeting point is by the water shop on your right, near the blue sign opposite the Chai Phatthana Water Aerator Memorial.
Free lockers in the nearby restroom if you bring your own padlock, plus showers. Cancelled if it rains. The park gets busy in the evening, so be mindful of other runners.
