Stella Space: Coltrane-Inspired Modern Jazz

Discovered on Todo.Today, for more events in Bangkok

Stella Space returns to Smalls, led by saxophonist Taweesak "Pipe" Booranapanitpan with Sorakrich "Toop" Suwarathananat on bass, Sirawit "Oat" Phattarakittisophon on drums and Sahassanant "Zing" Vetchapitak on piano.

A modern jazz quartet shaped by John Coltrane's A Love Supreme: open improvisation, contemporary jazz and strong ensemble interaction rather than straight covers.

Smalls' Late Night Kitchen serves Gallery Pizza until 1:30 AM. Saturday entry supports the musicians and live music at Smalls. Table bookings via the link.
