One way to discover Qi/Energy is simply to become aware of sensations of flowing energy within our body, through intention, movement and energy cultivation to make you feel energised, connected and ready for the day. This practice is suitable for people who want to connect with their energy systems, create a harmonious qi flow in the body and start the day intentionally.
