Hatha

Discovered on Todo.Today, for more events in Canggu

This Hatha practice focuses on individual attention, helping you feel safe, supported, and confident.

With your consent, gentle, respectful touch to help with alignment, balance, or relaxation is offered.

You can always say yes, no, or change your mind.

Suitable for all levels, this offering remains true to the foundation of Hatha - but it is elevated through skillful, consent-based hands on adjustment that helps you feel each posture from within rather than simply perform it.

Hatha with Hands on Adjustments is a transformational experience that creates a unique way to reconnect to and further grow in your physical practice of yoga.
