Sound Healing

Discovered on Todo.Today, for more events in Canggu

Immerse yourself in a weekly symphony of singing bowls, energy work and other sacred instruments, designed to align your chakras and restore balance to your mind, body, and spirit. Each Saturday and Sunday, our skilled practitioner will guide you through a carefully curated sound healing session. Through the gentle vibrations of these instruments, we will target specific chakras, each associated with different aspects of your being: Root Chakra: Grounding and stability; Sacral Chakra: Creativity and passion; Solar Plexus Chakra: Self-confidence and personal power; Heart Chakra: Love, compassion, and forgiveness; Throat Chakra: Communication and self-expression; Third Eye Chakra: Intuition and wisdom; Crown Chakra: Spirituality and connection to the divine. As you relax and open yourself to the healing sounds, you'll experience a deep sense of tranquility and well-being. The vibrations will help to release energy blockages, promote relaxation, and restore balance to your entire energy system. Our studio is a tropical rooftop space equipped with fans, not air conditioning. This is a standard setup for many sound healing spaces in Bali to allow for natural airflow. Please consider your tolerance for the heat before booking. We strive for transparency here to ensure our guests enjoy their experience and to avoid any misunderstandings regarding our facilities.
