About the teacher:
Alina is a world traveler originally from Ukraine, but Koh Phangan holds a special place in her heart. After traveling the world, Alina is thrilled to be back on her favorite island to share her passion for yoga with the community.

Alina first discovered yoga for its health benefits, but quickly fell in love with its philosophy and the way it helped her connect with herself and the world around her. Drawing on her experience in Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa yoga, Alina creates powerful practices that combine movement with deep relaxation at the end.
In 2020, Alina completed her 500-hour yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India. Her training included in-depth study of yoga philosophy, anatomy, as well as advanced techniques for sequencing and teaching yoga classes. Alina's dedication to the practice of yoga is reflected in the way she guides her students, helping them develop their own practice and deepen their connection to themselves.

In addition to teaching yoga, Alina is also a translator, and has translated six teacher trainings in Rishikesh, gaining more knowledge and seeing students improving and growing every day. Alina brings this depth of experience to her classes, creating a supportive and welcoming environment for students of all levels.
