Creator Channels on Todo.Today
Creator Channels are your personal space on Todo.Today.
They let explorers discover your upcoming events, follow your work, save events they’re interested in, and stay connected with what you create.
Instead of relying only on the daily WhatsApp or Telegram digest, Creator Channels give facilitators, organizers, venues, and communities their own long-term home on the platform.
What is a Creator Channel?
Every creator on Todo.Today has their own channel — a dedicated page that displays all the events you host.
Your channel can include:
- your upcoming (and past) events
- a profile image
- a cover image
- a bio / about section
- social links
- a custom URL
People can follow your channel and receive your events inside their personal Todo.Today feed (Life Stream).
Why Creator Channels matter
The daily WhatsApp and Telegram digests are intentionally limited and curated. Creator Channels give people a way to:
- discover all your upcoming events in one place
- follow your activity
- plan ahead
- save events they’re interested in
They also help you build your own audience and visibility over time.
How to get to your channel
Open the main menu and tap My Channel to go straight to your channel page.
From there you can edit everything: tap the edit (pencil) icon, or open the ⋮ menu → Channel settings to open the Manage Channel panel. It has two tabs — Display and Settings.
Customizing how your channel looks (Display tab)
In the Display tab you can set:
- Cover image — upload a banner that represents you or your events.
- Profile image — your channel’s main picture.
- Channel Name — how you appear across Todo.Today (required).
- Bio — a short description, up to 160 characters.
- Social Links — website, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more.
Tap Save Changes when you’re done. A complete, well-designed profile helps people understand who you are, what kind of events you create, and what your community is about.
Channel settings (Settings tab)
The Settings tab controls how your channel behaves:
- Visibility — by default, your channel is visible. You can switch it to Hidden completely, which means it won’t be searchable and event-page links won’t open it.
- Custom URL — everyone starts with a default channel ID. You can replace it with a personalized link like
todo.today/c/your-nameto make your channel easier to share. - Display past events — toggle on to show events that have already happened, or off to show only upcoming ones.
Claiming your venue
If you own or manage a venue, you can claim it from Settings → Venue Claim, so that every event hosted there automatically appears on your channel.

How followers work
When someone follows your channel:
- your events appear in their personal feed (Life Stream)
- they can discover your future events more easily
- they stay connected to your upcoming activities
The more followers you have, the stronger your long-term visibility becomes on the platform.
Event saves
Explorers can also save individual events. Saves help people plan ahead, increase event visibility, and show community interest around your events. Submitting events earlier gives them more time to gain visibility and saves.
Sharing your channel
Your Creator Channel is designed to be shared — on Instagram, in WhatsApp groups, on Telegram, on Facebook, in your bio/linktree, or with your community. Many creators use their channel as the central home for all their upcoming events.
Creator Channels and WhatsApp inclusion
The daily WhatsApp and Telegram digests remain personally curated and are intentionally limited in size. But Creator Channels now play an important role in understanding community interest. Things like followers, event saves, engagement, consistency, and profile quality can all help strengthen your visibility over time.
The goal is still to create balanced, diverse, high-quality daily digests while giving creators a stronger long-term presence on Todo.Today.
The bigger vision
Todo.Today started as a simple daily WhatsApp message. Creator Channels are the next step: giving facilitators, organizers, venues, and communities their own home inside the platform, while helping explorers discover local life in a more personal way.
