Hatha Yoga combines physical exercises, breathing techniques, and concentration. It's an excellent way to strengthen physical health, develop strength, endurance, flexibility, and harmonize your emotional state, bringing energy, joy, and vitality. ๐ช๐งโโ๏ธ
We will practice:

โข Bandhas (energy locks) ๐
โข Pranayamas (breathing exercises) ๐ฌ
โข Mudras (hand positions) โ

Classes are complemented by a special program aimed at improving spinal health, alleviating back pain, and strengthening deep stabilizing muscles. ๐๏ธโโ๏ธ
