Nola Bloom, a long-term resident of Koh Phangan, is known for her soothing voice on her meditation podcast on Spotify and Insight Timer.

With a strong background in Ashtanga yoga, she integrates the principles of the eight limbs of yoga philosophy into her classes, encouraging students to connect with ancient teachings. Nola invites students to explore their inner landscape while nurturing a deep connection with their body, mind, and spirit.

Nola is also a massage therapist, cacao ceremonialist & Full Moon Women’s Circle Facilitator.
