Hatha Yoga combines physical exercises, breathing techniques, and concentration. It’s an excellent way to strengthen physical health, develop strength, endurance, flexibility, and harmonize your emotional state, bringing energy, joy, and vitality. 💪🧘♀️
We will practice:
• Asanas and Vinyasas (body positions and dynamic transitions) 🧘♂️
• Bandhas (energy locks) 🔒
• Pranayamas (breathing exercises) 🌬
• Mudras (hand positions) ✋
• Meditation – for calming and relaxing the body and mind 🧘♀️
Classes are complemented by a special program aimed at improving spinal health, alleviating back pain, and strengthening deep stabilizing muscles. 🏋️♂️
The practice is suitable for all levels. 🌈
