Steve Carr, your facilitator for this session, is an award-winning mental health, workplace well-being, and suicide first aid practitioner.

Steve’s journey to becoming a leading breathwork and well-being practitioner is deeply rooted in his own experiences of burnout and recovery. After spending years in the corporate world, Steve found himself facing the overwhelming pressures and stress that come with such an environment. This led to a critical point where he knew a change was necessary.

Seeking a more fulfilling and meaningful path, Steve transitioned to work within the NHS, where he dedicated himself to supporting others through mental health challenges. His time in the NHS was a turning point, as it not only deepened his understanding of mental health but also ignited his passion for workplace well-being and suicide prevention.

Steve’s commitment to helping others led him to explore various healing modalities, eventually discovering the transformative power of breathwork. Embracing his spiritual beliefs, Steve integrated these practices into his work, blending them with his expertise in mental health to create a unique approach to healing and personal growth.

Today, Steve is recognized for his holistic approach that combines breathwork with spiritual wisdom, guiding individuals on a journey towards greater self-awareness, healing, and inner peace.
