We embark on the journey with a slow yoga flow (approx. 60 minutes) to open up the body and start moving the energy. As we lie down in Savasna (final relaxation), come into the state of full surrendering to receive the soothing vibrations of Himalayan singing bowls, shruti box, wind chimes, and mantra singing (approx. 30 minutes).
