Alignment Yoga is a dynamic yoga therapy practice.
The classes are unique. Every class has a different theme. Such as: core muscles, hip mobility, chest mobility, psoas muscle, Nervous System balance, lower back health, spine elongation, therapeutic backbends, and so much more!
There are no sun salutations or vinyasas in the class. But we mobilize, elongate and strengthen the body, develop interoception, learn and sweat!
Alignment Yoga is a style of practice I’ve developed out of my own experience and knowledge. You’ll find elements of Iyengar Yoga, yoga-Therapy, Pilates, Movement and Somatic Movement Exploration.
I’ve been teaching yoga for nearly 20 years now. Leading Alignment Yoga TTC’s since 2016 at my school Luna Alignment Yoga on Koh-Phangan.
