Vinyasa Yoga Somatic Flow w/ Merv

We will be doing a class where we will focus on heart-opening and hip-opening poses, and at the end of the class, we will feel soft as a result of physical opening, relaxation and stretching.

We will be using lots of cats and cows variations and move as dancing. Very fluid flow which you can connect your true essence. Soft, gentle and challenging at the same time.
