🤸🏻‍♀️ Whetheruu you’re a complete beginner or have experience in acro yoga, this class is designed to meet you where you’re at. Acro yoga combines elements of yoga, partner acrobatics, and playfulness, making it a unique way to build strength, balance, trust, and improve our communication skills. What to Expect:

• A warm-up to prepare your body and mind for the acro skills you’ll learn • Acro postures, transitions, entries, & exit strategies

• Technique cues for beginners and more advanced variations for seasoned practitioners

• A cool-down session to relax and stretch. No partner or experience required—come solo or with friends! Anyone can do acro! Our supportive community and skilled instructor will guide you through each step, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. What to Bring: Comfortable clothing and an open mind We provide: Drinking water, towel service, 3 showers/bathrooms on site Venue: Open air hall with double padded mats and full body mirrors Get ready to fly, connect, and have fun!
