Hatha Vinyasa with Elements From Taichi & QiGong w/ Shako
Join us for a meditative yet dynamic yoga session that combines Hatha and Vinyasa with Chinese practices like QiGong and Tai Chi.
The session begins with yogic teachings, transitions into physio-energetical practices, and concludes with a quiet meditation. Each practice explores themes such as equanimity, stillness, willpower, heart-opening, balance, and peace, offering a grounded and mindful experience. About the Teacher: Shako has spent years immersing himself in monasteries, ashrams, and long solitude retreats.
Teaching yoga since 2016, he has also led yoga teacher training courses and retreats in different countries, and holds a B.A. in Hindu Studies.
As a dedicated practitioner of Advaita Vedanta, offering a balanced approach to both the physical and spiritual aspects of yoga.
