The practice of Kundalini Yoga develops the ability to control your emotions, thoughts, and desires. It teaches how to interact with the body, mind, and consciousness. Through exercises and meditation, we observe our sensations, cultivate the feeling of presence in the β€œhere and now,” and monitor the changes that occur. All this helps us to be more holistic, calm, and aware.

You can start practicing Kundalini Yoga with no prior experience. It is suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners. In this practice, special attention is paid to breathing and exercises, which have remained unchanged for years. It is believed that the body holds physical wisdom and will take what it needs in every session. Regular practice will increase endurance, develop patience, and teach you to be open to new experiences.

Kundalini Yoga regulates and balances the functioning of the nervous system. It boosts stress resistance, reduces susceptibility, and cleanses the subconscious of negative patterns and habitual behavior.
