✨This is a Classic Meditation Class.
This is a safe meditation circle, the place to come in order to learn how to Meditate properly and understand what is this thing we call Meditation.
It is a class for begginers and fellow veterans meditators. All are welcome to the circle!
✨Meditation is a tool, that leads us to 'Meditative state of Mind'.
We will explore the world of meditation together, educate ourselves on 'what' is meditation, 'why' to meditate, 'how' to meditate.
We will have short meditations, discuss, share, recieve guidance, speak about our Mind and how to train it, observe our inner-world, and ask any question that needs an answer regarding the Art of Meditation.
✨Each class we will look at different angles of Meditation, different techniques of maditation, tips and tricks to make your personal meditation practice more professional, easy, aware and guided by your Self.
We will get empowered and curious to start our own practice!
