Nola has been guiding yoga on Koh Phangan for over 15 years. With a foundation in Ashtanga and a deep love for the more contemplative practices of yoga, she offers a unique blend of structure and softness.

Her classes are known for their meditative quality, poetic flow, and the quiet wisdom she shares. Nola is also the voice behind The Blooming Spirit Podcast, where she offers guided meditations and reflections inspired by island life and yogic philosophy.
