Expressive Arts Therapy Circle w/ Keki
Take a sacred pause as we close out the week and reset for the week ahead. Pause, reflect, set intentions, make time for self-care, connection, and nourishment. Come exactly as you are. Bring your life questions, your cluttered mind, your quietness, your loudness, your too-muchness and not-enoughness. Bring your celebrations, your grief, your dreams. Every part of you is welcome here.
đ What to Expect:
We begin with a grounding check-in, coming into our bodies and sharing circle.
Then, youâll be invited into self-exploration through the expressive artsâchoosing from painting, writing, movement, voice, sound, objects, ritual, or imaginative play.
You can follow your own intuitive impulses or receive gentle guidance if youâre not sure where to begin.
We close with a reflective integration process, helping you leave feeling more centered, spacious, and in touch with what matters most.
đą What you will receive:

⨠Time to listen inward and reconnect with your creativity

⨠What is Expressive Arts Therapy?
Expressive arts therapy is a multi-modal approach to healing and self-discovery, using creative formsâvisual art, movement, music, storytelling, improvisation, and moreâto explore emotions, process experiences, and access inner wisdom.
Itâs not about making âperfectâ artâitâs about the process of creating, and the insight, freedom, and presence it brings.
About Me
I hold a Masterâs degree in Expressive Arts Therapy and am devoted to the magic of this work. It welcomes joy, play, honesty, and embodied discovery into the healing pathâand invites each of us to return home to ourselves.
Whether youâre rekindling a lost creative spark or exploring new ways of being, this circle is a space to be held, seen, and expressedâwithout fear or judgment.
