Our Silent Meditation class is free for everyone. Join us every day from Monday to Saturday at 20:00 at One Yoga.
This class provides a sanctuary for you to explore the depths of your mind through a minimally-guided silent sitting and breath awareness.
Inspired by time-honored Buddhist teachings, we cultivate mindfulness and stillness, allowing you to detach from the noise of everyday life.
With each inhale and exhale, you’ll find yourself moving closer to a tranquil state of being. This is your invitation to pause, breathe, and find your center in the midst of life’s complexities.
In accordance to Buddhist principles of loving kindness, we offer this practice freely, for the benefit of all beings.
