WHAT IS AERIAL YOGA?
Aerial yoga combines traditional yoga postures with the aerial arts in the aerial high hammock. Also called Air Yoga, Antigravity Yoga, Hammock Yoga. Using silk fabrics, you’ll be supported in poses that enhance flexibility, balance, and strength. The practice gently decompresses the joints (especially your spine) and improves overall body alignment. And it’s fun.
