Come learn a sensual floor work combo together 💃🌶

Exotic floor work is a sensual dance style that involves fluid movements, legwork and transitions on the floor.

It is a really fun way to combine embodying sensuality and confidence with a gentle workout!

👙 Wear sports or yoga clothes, something that will allow you to move freely on the floor as well as ⚠️ socks and knee pads ⚠️ if you have or a yoga mat if you don't.
