In this slow, but active and flowing yoga sessions, I invite you to feel, connect with your current holistic state, and gift yourself a smile.
Meditative Opening: We begin with calm, grounding meditative elements to help you arrive and center yourself.
Main Flow: Guided by your breath, we transition into the dynamic main sequence – a varied mix of active, strengthening, stretching, and relaxing asanas. It’s not about perfection but enjoying the journey and embracing lightness.
* Grounding Finish: We end with gentle stretches, often seated or lying down, sometimes incorporating calming breathwork as we ease into Savasana
