What is Ecstatic Dance?

Ecstatic Dance is an invitation to move freely and express whatever you’re feeling—joy, sadness, love, anger, bliss. There’s no right or wrong here. Whether you're dancing wildly or sitting in stillness, all expressions are welcome.

We’re here to co-create a safe, playful, and non-judgmental environment where everyone can step out of their comfort zones and into authentic movement. Respect others' space, ask for consent through body language, and let the music guide your journey.

✨ Bring a refillable water bottle – free water is available.
