Theory and practice:

🌿We will explore how chakra energies open up in their feminine and masculine power, what happens if there is disbalance, how our behaviour builds up unity and harmony in a real life on the man/woman relationship.

🌿We will go through the bodywork to remove tension, dancing to activate our power, partner breathwork to feel the energies and experience the interaction on a new level of depth.

🌿To integrate the experience we will relax into the Soundhealing and aromatherapy.
