Through progressive body exercises, we can eliminate stress, prevent injuries, help correct existing injuries or at least alleviate their symptoms, and stylize our figures, creating a stronger and more agile body, demonstrating multiple benefits in a short amount of time. Age and physical fitness are not a factor, as each person works at their own level and meets their needs.
