Alignment Yoga is a dynamic yoga therapy practice. Each class is unique, with themes like core strength, hip mobility, chest mobility, psoas, nervous system balance, lower back health, spine elongation, therapeutic backbends, and more!
No sun salutations or vinyasas – instead, we mobilize, elongate, strengthen, develop interoception, learn, and sweat! Alignment Yoga blends elements of Iyengar Yoga, yoga therapy, Pilates, mobility, and somatic movement.
I’ve been teaching yoga for 20 years. Leading Alignment Yoga teacher training courses, retreats and classes since 2015 at my school Luna Alignment Yoga on Koh-Phangan.
