A circle to release all mental & spiritual practice so that we can finally arrive in our body, here now.
With stillness & silence, we taste and listen to the whispers of an ancient earth medicine.

✨ Do not interrupt Ceremony if you are more than 15min late

✨We sit on cushions on the floor, bring a favorite meditation pillow if you prefer. You also have the option to sit in a chair.
