Beginner Aerial Yoga Flow (High Hammock) w/ Jess
Everyone who is seeking a gentle and playful practice is welcome.
I will introduce you to the joy of moving through space with the support of the hammock.
You will become comfortable with the basics of aerial yoga, exploring the hammock as an extension of traditional Asanas, letting yourself go into gentle inversions and supported stretches.
Along the way, I will help you build strength and more confidence in your own body.
Please ensure you do not eat a heavy meal before class and arrive 10 minutes EARLY so we can adjust the hammock to your height.
