🌌 The Art of Diffusion – Contact Improvisation class & Jam

This session explores diffusion as both a poetic image, phisical phenomene and a living phenomenon within Contact Improvisation.

Just as particles naturally spread from areas of high concentration into open space, dancers too flow, merge, disperse, and settle, allowing the dance to arise through their continuous movement in and through the shared environment. Diffusion gives visual form to what we explore physically in “Fusion & Infusion” — how dances seep into each other, how presence spreads through space, and how new forms appear without force.

After the 90-minute class, we will continue into an open jam, carrying the felt sense of diffusion into our collective improvisation. accompanied by a finely crafted playlist.
