Join me in a gentle yet powerful journey of self-discovery and healing. In this workshop, you’ll be guided through a blend of body awareness, reflection, and meditation to reconnect with both the joyful, free-flowing child within and the tender parts that still carry unmet needs.

Through embodied practices and gentle reflection, you will:

• Explore the wounded child through guided journaling
• Journey into a deep inner child meditation

You will leave not only with a felt sense of healing but also with tools to bring more compassion, presence, and inner safety into your daily life.
