Egyptian Yoga — Morning Practice
This ancient style traces its roots back to the traditions of Kemet (Ancient Egypt).
It combines breath, movement, and meditation to align the spine, restore energy, and bring inner balance.
Unlike Indian Hatha Yoga, Egyptian Yoga focuses on spinal elongation, mindful postures, and deep concentration.
Its core principle, “Smai Tawi,” represents the union of the individual and the divine.
