Our Prenatal Yoga classes are a loving invitation to slow down, tune in, and connect with the incredible changes happening within you. This special time in your life deserves care, softness, and deep presence — and that’s exactly what this practice offers.
Each class is designed to support you physically, emotionally, and energetically as your body grows and prepares to welcome new life. Through gentle movement, mindful breath, and moments of stillness, you’ll find relief from common pregnancy discomforts, strengthen your body for birth, and cultivate a calm, trusting connection with your baby.
You are welcome to join us from your second trimester (after week 13) onward — whether you are new to yoga or already have a practice.
