This unique class blends mobility, core activation, Pilates, movement, functional training, and yoga therapy in a calm, distraction-free space. It's perfect for anyone who loves movement and working out but prefers a quiet, focused environment over loud music and high energy.

Each session offers a balance of challenge and mindfulness, building strength, stability, mobility, and body awareness.

I've been teaching yoga for 20 years. Leading Alignment Yoga teacher training courses, retreats and classes since 2015 at my school Luna Alignment Yoga on Koh-Phangan.
