Join us for a gentle Yin / Restorative Yoga class with Aliyah a Thai yoga teacher with over 10 years of experience, sharing her practice around the world-from Europe to Asia. Her teaching is rooted in a spiritual approach, guiding students to return to themselves, slow down, cultivate focus, feel grounded, humble, and uplifted.

A space to slow down, soften the body, and deeply regulate the nervous system.
