A birds-eye view of Hin Kong Beach while we engage with our inner child, strengthen the core, & relax. Custom to fit each practitioner.
Class includes all the classic yoga elements PLUS therapeutic inversions, strength building, & asanas supported with aerial hammocks.
To put it simple: We will ocean gaze, practice yoga, and find mindful explorations.
The class is easy to adjust for beginners or intermediate yogis.
