Join us for a gentle Yin / Restorative Yoga class with Aliyah a Thai yoga teacher with over 10 years of experience, sharing her practice around from Europe to Asia. Her teaching is rooted in a spiritual approach, guiding students to return to themselves, slow down, cultivate focus, feel grounded, humble, and uplifted.

A space to slow down, soften the body, and deeply regulate the nervous system.

Through long, supported poses, breath, and stillness, we invite the body to release tension and the mind to rest.
