Shamanic Lab: Being Alive
Discovered on Todo.Today, for more events in Koh Phangan
Neo-shamanic practices for beginners in a sober, friendly circle.
We are all alive - obviously. But sometimes we feel more connected to that fact than at other times. In this lab, we'll explore what helps us feel more present, more responsive, and more connected with our own life force.
We'll work with simple exercises around attention, movement, acceptance, and presence.
We'll explore:
different qualities of attention and how they change our experience
letting go and allowing things to be as they are
impulses in movement and how they help us feel the flow of life
how the presence of other people affects our feelings and state
what helps us feel more connected, open, and alive
There is no specific shamanic tradition involved, and no previous experience is needed.
You don't need to believe in anything special or try to become a shaman.
Just bring curiosity, some awareness, and a willingness to explore.
